Bad things Hades did: He kidnapped Persephone and forced her to marry him by trickery. (Note that he had Zeus’s permission though, so Zeus was just as responsible for this) He trapped Theseus in the underworld for trying to kidnap Persephone, so he’s a hypocrite.

Why did Zeus betray Hades?
Zeus and Poseidon had already made a pact to trick Hades into accepting the rulership of the underworld. Zeus had led the revolt against the Titans and imprisoned his father, the Titan, Cronos too. Cronos was hiding Poseidon, Hades and the other siblings of Zeus in his belly. Zeus forced him to vomit all of them out.
