What is space filled with?
The vast gaps between the stars and planets are filled with huge amounts of thinly spread gas and dust. Even the emptiest parts of space contain at least a few hundred atoms or molecules per cubic metre. Space is also filled with many forms of radiation that are dangerous to astronauts.

First, Thor did not destroy the Aether. It simply floated up and regrouped, and Thor can only stare helplessly as Malekith proceeded to absorb the Aether into himself. Secondly, the Aether was not destroyed when Malekith was dissembled and subsequently crushed by his own ship.

Given enough time, the Aether would have killed Jane. The Space Stone sent Red Skull to be the guardian for the Soul Stone. Vision’s Mind Stone seems to sense when others are nearby as well. As such the Time Stone might have also been around when Red Skull was sent to Vormir and so he could have always been the guardian for the Soul Stone.
What did the cat scratch do to Nick Fury?
At the end of it all, when the battle is over, we finally learn how Nick Fury lost his eye. He’s playing with the very good kitty Goose, when the cat/Flerken scratches the eye right out of his head. Even though Fury is presented with an assortment of replacement eyes, he chooses to wear an eye patch instead.
