There is no difference between 11th, 12th CBSE and Karnataka PUC in terms of syllabus. Now Karnataka State Board also follows NCERT text books like CBSE for PCM(Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics), not sure about other subjects, but the only difference is in the question paper.
