When should you take yellow Migraleve?
Children 12+ years of age:
- 1 Migraleve pink tablet to be swallowed at the first sign of a migraine attack.
- If the migraine persists, then take 1 Migraleve yellow tablet every 4 hours after the Migraleve Pink dose. Do not take more than 4 tablets (1 pink and 3 yellow) in a 24 hour period.
Can you take 2 paracetamol and 2 ibuprofen together?

What is the difference between yellow and pink Migraleve?
There are two variants of Migraleve: Yellow and pink, which both contain the analgesics paracetamol and codeine. The yellow variant is designed to address the symptoms of headache and discomfort, whilst the pink variant also addresses symptoms of nausea and vomiting.
Can I take anything else with Migraleve?
Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. ∎ Do not take for longer than three days at a time. ∎ Taking codeine regularly for a long time can lead to addiction, which might cause you to feel restless and irritable when you stop the tablets.

You should not start taking Migraleve yellow until four hours after your dose of Migraleve pink. Migraleve yellow tablets can be taken either with or without food.
